Guidelines
The One Stop Weekly student newsletter is a weekly newsletter published every Tuesday during the semester and distributed via the RAMS email list to undergraduate and graduate students at Rutgers–New Brunswick. The newsletter is produced by the One Stop Student Services Center and contains official and timely student information with a primary focus on health, safety, finances and academics. Students are responsible for knowing the information in these notices and taking appropriate action.
Because the newsletter is only intended for timely policy and official updates, it is does not include information about ways to be involved on campus, either through internships, employment, leadership positions or attendance at events. Events can be posted on the centralized GetInvolved student events calendar (request a profile) and student employment, internship, and leadership positions can be posted on the Rutgers Handshake career management system.
In addition to the email newsletter, this website contains the current version of the newsletter and an archive of past messages. For additional information, follow any of the links in our announcements.
The One Stop Student Services Center (One Stop) at Rutgers University–New Brunswick represents an integrated and coordinated cross-functional service in the areas of financial aid, student accounts, and registration. One Stop acts as a “single point of service” across these areas to promote a progressive, simplified, and consistent student experience and a culture that supports student satisfaction and success. Submit your questions using the contact form, visit the One Stop at Dr. Samuel Dewitt Proctor Hall located at 65 Davidson Road on Busch Campus, or call 848-445-4636 (INFO).
