Take the #iSPEAK Survey about Campus Sexual Assault—All Students
The #iSPEAK survey is now available for all Rutgers−New Brunswick students to take and will be open through the end of the semester. In 2014, Rutgers launched the first #iSPEAK survey to learn about students’ experiences of, attitudes about, and awareness of campus sexual assault and resources to address it. Students who complete the survey are entered to win one of various cash prizes, including ten $300 cash prize drawings. Students may share why they are taking the survey by using #iSPEAK on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and by following @RU_iSPEAK on Facebook and Twitter. Students may also use the #iSPEAK Geofilter on Snapchat to share why they are speaking up. Take the survey here.

Financial Holds—All Students
Financial holds will be placed on accounts with unpaid balances. Please note that these holds will prevent students from registering for Fall 2018 semester classes. Students who are enrolled in tuition payment plans should make sure that the last payment on the plan will satisfy any outstanding balances. Financial aid recipients should check online to make sure all aid has been credited. Students may view account balances here. Please contact Student Accounting at 848-932-2254 with any questions.

Did You Know

Did you know that Rutgers professor Andrew Norris can help make underwater objects appear invisible by using his own version of Harry Potter’s cloak of invisibility? Professor Norris, a distinguished professor in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, is developing honeycomb-like metallic structures that reroute sound waves to create the impression that both the cloak and anything beneath it are not there.
