About the Newsletter

The One Stop Weekly – your source for official student information – is published every Tuesday during the semester by the One Stop Student Services Center (One Stop) at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, contains timely academic and student information. Students are responsible for knowing the information in these notices and taking appropriate action. For additional information, follow any of the links in the announcements. The One Stop represents an integrated and coordinated cross-functional service in the areas of financial aid, student accounts, and registration, and can be reached using the contact form or in-person at Dr. Samuel Dewitt Proctor Hall located at 65 Davidson Road on Busch Campus.

Important Information Regarding COVID-19
The Universitywide COVID-19 Information Page is your official source of information about the university’s response to COVID-19. This page has resources for students and parents along with announcements pertaining to COVID-19, FAQs, and the operating statuses of services, facilities, and offices at Rutgers. You are encouraged to check this site frequently.

One Stop Student Services Center Pausing Walk-In Service
The One Stop Student Services Center will temporarily pause walk-in service between January 3, 2022, and January 7, 2022, in consideration of the recent update on COVID-19 protocols and change in operating status. During this time, the One Stop will respond to webform submissions and will be available by phone (848-445-4636) for all matters related to Financial Aid, Registrar, or Student Accounting.
