Financial Holds—All Students 
Financial holds will be placed on accounts that have unpaid balances. These holds will prevent students from registering for spring semester classes. Students enrolled in tuition payment plans should make sure their accounts are current. Financial aid recipients should review aid packages on the Financial Aid webpage to make sure all aid has been credited. Students can view the balances on their accounts here.

Voter Registration Form Campus Drop-Off Locations—All Students 
Students are encouraged to register to vote or update addresses by October 15, 2019. College students may choose to register from either a home address or a college address. Students who have changed dorms or are living at a different address from where they were previously registered must update registrationStudents who were previously registered at “home” and now wish to register at school should complete a new application and select “Address Change” at the top of the form.

For students' convenience, forms can be dropped off at the following campus locations between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. and by noon on October 14:

Flu Vaccine Clinic for Students—All Students
Getting an annual flu shot is the most effective way to prevent the flu. Since the strain of the flu virus changes every year, annual vaccines are needed. It takes about two weeks after vaccination for antibodies to develop in the body that protect against the flu, so make plans to get vaccinated early in the fall, before flu season begins. The first flu vaccine clinics take place on Thursday, October 10, on the Livingston and College Avenue Campuses. View the Flu Vaccine Clinic Schedule here.

SC&I Is Accepting Applications for Undergraduate Admission—Undergraduate Students
The School of Communication and Information (SC&I) is now accepting applications for admission to Communication, Information Technology and Informatics, and Journalism and Media Studies. View admission requirements and access the online application on the SC&I webpage. The deadline for applications is Friday, October 4, 2019. Mary Ann and Steven J. Allard Fellowship Program in Public Health—Undergraduate Students
The Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy and the Allard Family have an established fellowship for declared nontraditional public health students who have demonstrated a personal commitment or outstanding academic potential in their public health studies. For the 2019–2020 year, two eligible undergraduate students with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 will be selected as fellows to receive $2,000 each. The deadline for applications is October 4, 2019. Registration for Winter Term—All Students
Registration for the Winter 2020 term begins on Monday, October 7. Earn up to four credits during winter break, and choose from 150 courses in a wide range of subjects. Courses are offered in face-to-face, online, or hybrid format. Registration begins on Monday, October 7. Learn more about Winter Term here.

Applications for the Eagleton Undergraduate Associates Program—Undergraduate Students
The Eagleton Institute of Politics is accepting applications for the Eagleton Undergraduate Associates Program. Associates learn about real-world politics and government from experienced practitioners and faculty. Students spend the last three semesters of their undergraduate education taking a series of three courses at Eagleton that link the study of politics to real-world applications. Associates also participate in an internship related to government policy or politics. This certificate program is a cooperative educational endeavor between the Eagleton Institute of Politics and the Department of Political Science at the School of Arts and Sciences. The application deadline is 5 p.m. on October 25, 2019. All Rutgers juniors from all schools, departments, and campus locations are eligible to apply.

Important Graduation Information—Undergraduate Students
Undergraduate students who plan to complete degree requirements in the fall must apply for graduation by completing an Online Diploma Application. Please contact the Undergraduate Registrar’s Office at 848-445-2757 or email diplomas@registrar.rutgers.edu with any questions. Please note that completion of a diploma application does not imply that graduation requirements have been met.

Did you know that throughout the year, Career Exploration and Success offers Career Exploration Nights (CEN) for each career cluster? CENs provide students an opportunity to ask recent alumni questions about their career paths from the safety of a group of peers.
