Spring 2019 Add/Drop Dates–Undergraduate Students
– January 29: Last day to drop a course without a "W" grade.
– January 30: Last day to add a course. Last day to drop a course with a "W" grade is March 25.

Normal Webreg hours are from 6:30 a.m. to midnight (Monday through Friday), and 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays. The Registrars’ Offices are located at the Administrative Services Building on the Busch Campus in rooms 200B, 200F, and 200L. Spring 2019 Add/Drop Dates—Graduate Students

View and Pay Spring Semester Term Bills—All Students
Students can view and pay spring semester term bills at paymybill.rutgers.edu. Term bills not paid by the due date will be assessed a late payment fee of $125.00. Students can choose to enroll in a payment plan for assistance with paying term bill balances at paymentplans.rutgers.edu. Students can now authorize a third party or a parent with access to make payments on their behalf by simply logging into the term bill and using the “Manage Access” section to provide access to the designated payer.

Staff Tuition Remission
Staff Tuition Remission is now automated and can be submitted via the MyRutgers portal.

1098Ts
Starting at the end of January, students will receive an email notification with instructions for viewing and printing the 2018 1098T tax forms for Educational Tax Credits. Students with scholarships and grant aid greater than their qualified tuition and fee charges are not eligible to claim a tax deduction and will not see a 1098T form. Sign Up for Direct Deposit to Receive Refunds—All Students
Students are strongly encouraged to sign up for direct deposit with RU ScholarRefund for the fastest, safest, and most convenient way to receive refunds. Funds are available for immediate use once deposited. For more information and to enroll, go to refunds.rutgers.edu.

Dining Plan Change and Cancellation Requests—All Students
Dining Plan change and cancellation requests for the Spring 2019 semester are now being accepted in person at the RU Express and Board Plan Office in room 102 of Records Hall on the College Avenue Campus until Tuesday, February 5. This is the only time during the semester reductions and cancellations will be allowed. Requests can also be made online here.

RU Express Cancellation and Reduction Requests—All Students
RU Express initial deposit cancellation and reduction requests for the Spring 2019 semester are now being accepted in person at the RU Express and Board Plan Office in room 102 of Records Hall on the College Avenue Campus until Tuesday, February 5. This is the only time during the semester cancellations or reductions will be allowed and only if the money for the Spring 2019 semester has not been used. Requests can also be made online here.

Flu Vaccine Clinics—All Students
Student Health is hosting their last two flu vaccine clinics of the year today, Tuesday, January 29. Clinics will be held at the Sojourner Truth Apartments (The Yard) on the College Avenue Campus and at Livingston Student Center from 1 to 9 pm. Students need to bring their Rutgers ID and insurance information. Learn more about flu vaccinations here.

Applications for SC&I Undergraduate Majors—Undergraduate Students
The School of Communication and Information (SC&I) is now accepting applications for admission to Communication, Information Technology and Informatics, and Journalism and Media Studies majors. View admission prerequisites and access the online application here. The deadline for applications is February 15, 2019. Rutgers Day Program Submissions—All Students
The Rutgers Day program submission period is now open. All academic and administrative units, student clubs and organizations, and performance groups are encouraged to submit a program and participate in the largest annual outreach event the university offers. Rutgers Day is on Saturday, April 27, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and programs must be submitted by February 15. Visit the Rutgers Day website by logging in with a NetID to submit a program, review guidelines and policies, and download marketing materials to promote activities.

Supervisor of the Year Nominations—All Students
All student employees are invited to nominate their Rutgers Faculty or Staff supervisor[s] for the 2019 Supervisor of the Year Award. The name of the winning supervisor will be announced on April 18 at the annual Student Employee of the Year Award Ceremony. Additional information and nomination forms are available here. Study Abroad Applications—All Students
Applications for summer, fall, and academic year study abroad programs are due Friday, March 1. Applications for Spring 2020 are also open and are due on October 1. Walk-in hours are Monday–Friday, noon–3 p.m., at Rutgers Global–Study Abroad on the College Avenue Campus. Learn more, search programs, and apply here.

Apply for the 3+3 Program (Bachelor’s/J.D. Dual Degree) By March 1—Undergraduate Students
Undergraduate students considering law school can complete the Rutgers Law 3+3 Program in just six years, instead of the usual seven years to earn an undergraduate and law degree. The program is open to students across all Rutgers campuses who complete the application process by March 1 of their third undergraduate year. Learn more here.

Apply for the Microbiology and Culture of Cheese and Wine Summer Course—Undergraduate Students
Undergraduate students can study the history, culture, and science behind French wine and cheese with Dr. Max Haggblom in Cluny, France, and earn 3 microbiology credits at the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences. The course takes place this summer from June 2 to June 15. Students will go on a gastronomic tour of Louis Pasteur's home, see fermentation in action at local boulangeries, and study the process of turning water into wine. Apply to Study Creative Writing in England this Summer—Undergraduate Students
Undergraduate students can apply for the Rutgers Creative Writing summer study abroad program. This 16-day, 3-credit, intensive-writing program is designed to expose students to the history and literary inspiration of one of England’s most remarkable landscapes and is loosely based on Virginia Woolf’s daily schedule. Applications are due March 1. Apply to Study on the Mediterranean Island of Malta this Summer—Undergraduate Students
Undergraduate students can apply for the 3-credit summer course Malta and the Mediterranean World. Students experience the Mediterranean island of Malta, from its prehistoric past to its modern history in this 2-week course. Visit megalithic temples, discover in the dungeons of the Inquisition, walk around the fortresses of the Knights of St. John, and relax in one of Malta's beautiful islands. 2019 Summer Session Schedule Now Available
The schedule of classes for the Summer 2019 term is now available. Choose from more than 2,500 courses in a wide range of subjects, offered in-person, online, or at off-campus locations throughout the state.
