University Commencement Parking Hangtag Registration Is Open—All Students
University Commencement will take place on Sunday, May 19, 2019, at HighPoint.com Stadium on the Busch Campus. With more than 50,000 people expected on campuses in Piscataway and New Brunswick, parking on campus will be limited. Therefore, graduating students must register to receive up to two free parking hangtags for themselves and their families or guests. The Registrar's Office Has Moved—All Students
Students can now visit the Registrar's Office on College Avenue in Records Hall for assistance with registration and transcripts. Questions can be sent to studenthelp@registrar.rutgers.edu or gradreg@registrar.rutgers.edu.

Financial Holds—All Students
Financial holds will be placed on accounts which have unpaid balances. These holds will prevent students from registering for Fall 2019 semester classes. Students who are enrolled in tuition payment plans should make sure that the last payment on a plan will satisfy any outstanding balance. Financial aid recipients should check online to make sure all financial aid has been credited. View the balance of a student account here.

Important Graduation Information—Undergraduate Students
Undergraduate students who anticipate completing May 2019 degree requirements must apply for graduation by submitting a diploma application online. Please contact the Undergraduate Registrar’s Office at 848-445-2757 and ask for Monica Licourt or Michael Rusen, or email diplomas@registrar.rutgers.edu with any concerns about a diploma application. Please note that completion of a diploma application does not imply that graduation requirements have been met.

2019 Summer Session Registration—All Students
Registration for Summer Session 2019 is ongoing. Choose from more than 2,500 courses in a wide range of subjects, offered in-person, online, or at off-campus locations throughout the state. Make progress towards graduation, improve a GPA, or fulfill a prerequisite this summer. Learn more here.

Applications for the Class of 2020 Eagleton Fellowship Program in Politics and Government—Graduate Students
The Eagleton Fellowship Program in Politics and Government is a one-year interdisciplinary certificate program available to graduate students in ALL Rutgers schools and departments. Full/part-time and international students are also eligible to apply. Stipends and tuition remission are available. Students continue working towards their degrees without interruption and learn about real-world American politics, government, and public affairs. Apply to be a Student Residence Coordinator—All Students
The Rutgers University Inn and Conference Center is currently accepting applications for student Residence Coordinator (RC) positions. RCs provide front desk coverage on a rotating basis and support services to overnight guests, conference attendees, and meeting organizers. Compensation includes free housing and a stipend.
