Rutgers Day Program Submissions—All Students
The Rutgers Day program submission period is now open. All academic and administrative units, student clubs and organizations, and performance groups are encouraged to submit a program and participate in the largest annual outreach event the university offers. Rutgers Day is on Saturday, April 28, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and programs must be submitted before February 16. Anyone needing help with creating an interactive and engaging program should view the Rutgers Day webinar or contact Rutgers Day staff at rutgersday@rutgers.edu, or 848-445-1921.

Application for Admission to SC&I Undergraduate Programs—Undergraduate Students
The School of Communication and Information (SC&I) is now accepting applications for admission to the CommunicationInformation Technology and Informatics, and Journalism and Media Studies majors. Information sessions for interested undergraduate students will be held on February 12 at 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. in CI-323. Please visit the SC&I undergraduate application to review the admission requirements and to access the application. The deadline for applications is Friday, February 16. Supervisor of the Year Nominations—All Students
As part of the celebration of National Student Employment Week 2018, all student employees are invited to nominate their Rutgers faculty or staff supervisor[s] for the Supervisor of the Year Award. The name of the winning supervisor will be announced on April 12 at the annual Student Employee of the Year Award Ceremony. Phi Sigma Iota International Foreign Language Honor Society Applications—All Students
Phi Sigma Iota, the International Foreign Language Honor Society, is accepting membership applications through February 22 from sophomores, juniors, seniors, and graduate students who are currently taking 200-level courses or higher in one or more foreign languages. Applicants must have maintained a 3.5 average or higher in all language courses taken at Rutgers University. Information and application forms are available in the language departments and online here. Instructions are available online for applications submitted via email. Applications may also be submitted to our mailbox in the Department of Spanish and Portuguese (Rutgers Academic Building, 5th Floor). Please send any questions to lesit@rci.rutgers.edu.

Phi Sigma Iota Foreign Language Merit Scholarships for Summer 2018—All Students
Phi Sigma Iota Chapter scholarships are available for members and prospective members of Phi Sigma Iota, the National Foreign Language Honor Society. The chapter scholarship is awarded for summer study abroad for Summer 2018. While preference is given to current and prospective members of Phi Sigma Iota, all Rutgers students may apply. 2018 Summer Session Schedule Now Available—All Students
The schedule of classes for the Summer 2018 term is now available. Choose from over 2,500 courses in a wide range of subjects, offered in-person, online, or at an off-campus location throughout the state. Make progress toward graduation, improve a GPA, or fulfill a prerequisite this summer. Start planning schedules now and register beginning February 12. Learn more here

Did You Know

Did you know that Wednesday, February 7, is the Spring 2018 Study Abroad Fair? The fair is from 4 to 7 p.m. in the Livingston Student Center and you can visit program tables and talk to fellow students who have recently returned from their travels. There will also be free food, music, and giveaways, as well as application fee waivers and scholarships. Learn more here.
