Spring 2018 Add/Drop Dates–Undergraduate Students
– January 23: Last day to drop courses without a "W" grade
– January 24: Last day to add courses

Normal Webreg Hours:
6:30 a.m.–midnight, Monday thru Friday
6:30 a.m.–2 p.m. on Saturday

The Registrars’ Offices are located at the Administrative Services Building on the Busch Campus in rooms 200B, 200F, and 200L. Offices are open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays. View the Spring 2018 Undergraduate Calendar here or email studenthelp@registrar.rutgers.edu with any questions.

Spring 2018 Semester Term Bill Payments–All Students 
Students are expected to pay term bill charges on or before the first day of classes. Those who register on or after the first day of classes must pay the day of registration. Students who have an account balance and are unable to pay the full amount by the due date may enroll in the Rutgers Tuition Payment Plan (RUTPP), or visit the Student Accounting/Campus Business Office for additional assistance. Unpaid term bills will be charged late payment fees. Students with Financial Holds–All Students 
Students who are on financial hold and need to register for the spring term can contact Student Accounting Services at 848-932-2254 to work out a suitable payment arrangement. 

Dining Plan Change and Cancellation Requests—All Students
Dining Plan change and cancellation requests for the Spring 2018 semester are now being accepted in person at the RU Express and Board Plan Office in room 102 of Records Hall on the College Avenue Campus until Tuesday, January 30. This is the only time during the semester reductions and cancellations will be allowed. Requests can also be made online here.

RU Express Cancellation and Reduction Requests—All Students
RU Express initial deposit cancellation and reduction requests for the Spring 2018 semester are now being accepted in person at the RU Express and Board Plan Office in room 102 of Records Hall on the College Avenue Campus until Tuesday, January 30. This is the only time during the semester cancellations or reductions will be allowed and only if the money for the Spring 2018 semester has not been used. Requests can also be made online here.

2018 Rutgers–Eagleton Washington D.C. Internship Award Program—Undergraduate Students
The Rutgers–Eagleton Washington Internship Award Program provides one-time grants of up to $5,000 to outstanding Rutgers undergraduate students for summer internships in government/public service in Washington, DC. The monetary award is meant to ease the financial burden of working in Washington D.C. by offsetting living expenses. Rutgers undergraduates from all campuses and all majors are invited to apply. Applicants are not required to have an internship confirmed at the time of application. Rutgers Day Program Submissions—All Students
The Rutgers Day program submission period is now open. All academic and administrative units, student clubs and organizations, and performance groups are encouraged to submit a program and participate in the largest annual outreach event the university offers. Rutgers Day is on Saturday, April 28, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and programs must be submitted before February 16. Anyone needing help with creating an interactive and engaging program should view the Rutgers Day webinar or contact Rutgers Day staff at rutgersday@rutgers.edu, or 848-445-1921

Phi Sigma Iota International Foreign Language Honor Society Applications—All Students
Phi Sigma Iota, the International Foreign Language Honor Society, is accepting membership applications through February 22 from sophomores, juniors, seniors, and graduate students who are currently taking 200-level courses or higher in one or more foreign languages. Applicants must have maintained a 3.5 average or higher in all language courses taken at Rutgers University. Information and application forms are available in the language departments and online here. Instructions are available online for applications submitted via email. Applications may also be submitted to our mailbox in the Department of Spanish and Portuguese (Rutgers Academic Building, 5th Floor). Please send any questions to lesit@rci.rutgers.edu.

Phi Sigma Iota Foreign Language Merit Scholarships for Summer 2018—All Students
Phi Sigma Iota Chapter scholarships are available for members and prospective members of Phi Sigma Iota, the National Foreign Language Honor Society. The chapter scholarship is awarded for summer study abroad for Summer 2018. While preference is given to current and prospective members of Phi Sigma Iota, all Rutgers students may apply. 2018 Summer Session Schedule Now Available—All Students
The schedule of classes for the Summer 2018 term is now available. Choose from over 2,500 courses in a wide range of subjects, offered in-person, online, or at an off-campus location throughout the state. Make progress toward graduation, improve a GPA, or fulfill a prerequisite this summer. Start planning schedules now and register beginning February 12. Learn more here

Did you know that all eligible Rutgers–New Brunswick DACA students can contact the Rutgers Immigrant Community Assistance Project (RICAP) for free consultation and assistance? Rutgers has also recently hired a case manager who will provide additional advocacy and support for undocumented students.
