Alternate Resources for Prescriptions and Over-the-Counter Medications—All Students 
Students who have previously filled prescriptions through the Rutgers Student Health Pharmacy should note that prescriptions have been transferred to the Walgreens at 1 Robert Wood Johnson Place (located in the RWJ/Barnabas Medical Center atrium) in New Brunswick. Students may also transfer prescriptions to another pharmacy of their choice. To do so, please contact Walgreens at 732-246-1745. Financial Holds—All Students 
Financial holds will be placed on accounts that have unpaid balances. These holds will prevent students from registering for spring semester classes. Students enrolled in tuition payment plans should make sure their accounts are current. Financial aid recipients should review aid packages on the Financial Aid webpage to make sure all aid has been credited. Students can view the balances on their accounts here.

Registration for Winter Term Has Begun—All Students
Registration for the Winter 2020 term has begun. Earn up to four credits during winter break, and choose from 150 courses in a wide range of subjects. Courses are offered in face-to-face, online, or hybrid format. Learn more about Winter Term here.

SAS Major & Minor Fair—Undergraduate Students
The School of Arts and Sciences (SAS) is hosting the Major & Minor Fair on Wednesday, October 23, from 1 to 4 p.m. in the Livingston Student Center. Students will have the opportunity to speak with representatives from different academic departments, programs, student services offices, and more. Registration for Spring 2020 courses is coming soon, and meeting with an academic advisor within SAS or a prospective major or minor will help students prepare. Learn more about the SAS Major & Minor Fair here.

Applications for the Eagleton Undergraduate Associates Program—Undergraduate Students (Juniors)
The Eagleton Institute of Politics is accepting applications for the Class of 2021 Eagleton Undergraduate Associates Program. Associates learn about real-world politics and government from experienced practitioners and faculty. Students spend the last three semesters of their undergraduate education taking a series of three courses at Eagleton that link the study of politics to real-world applications. Associates also participate in an internship related to government policy or politics. This certificate program is a cooperative educational endeavor between the Eagleton Institute of Politics and the Department of Political Science at the School of Arts and Sciences. The application deadline is 5 p.m. on October 25, 2019. All Rutgers juniors from all schools, departments, and campus locations are eligible to apply.

Applications for the Faith and Justice Undergraduate Fellowship—Undergraduate Students
The Division of Student Affairs, in partnership with the New Brunswick Theological Seminary, is accepting applications for the Faith and Justice Undergraduate Fellowship. The fellowship is an opportunity for students to hone their leadership skills through the lens of faith and social justice while enhancing the Rutgers community. Any undergraduate student, sophomore and above, may apply for a one-year fellowship which requires a 15-hour per week commitment and provides a stipend. The application deadline is November 1. Student Health Flu Vaccination Clinics—All Students
The next Student Health flu vaccination clinics will be held on November 6 from 1 to 8 p.m. at the International Lounge of the Busch Student Center and Trayes Hall of the Douglass Student Center. Save time by filling out forms ahead of time (find under "Fast Track Forms"). Applications for the SMLR Human Resource Management Undergraduate Majors and Master’s Program—All Students
The Human Resource Management (HRM) Department at the School of Management and Labor Relations (SMLR) is currently accepting students for the undergraduate major and minor. Details about the BA can be found here. Applications are also being accepted for the HRM Master’s Program. There will be an information session for both programs on Thursday, November 7, from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Gathering Lounge of the Livingston Student Center. Applications for the Darien Civic Engagement Project—Undergraduate Students
The Center for Youth Political Participation at the Eagleton Institute of Politics is accepting applications for the Darien Civic Engagement Project, a 1.5 credit class that links the study of politics and civic engagement education. Administering the RU Ready project in area high schools, students will equip and encourage young people in their community to be active citizens. Residence Halls to Remain Open for Thanksgiving Recess—All Students
All residence halls will remain open for the University Thanksgiving Recess. Residential students living in certain halls should prepare for Winter Recess hall closing on December 23, 2019, at 7 p.m. More information and resources regarding hall closures can be found here. 

Applications for the Bloustein Master of Public Informatics Program—All Students
The Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy is now accepting applications for Fall 2020 admission to its Master of Public Informatics (MPI) program. This program is suited for students who have interests in big data, data science, and data management as it relates to the fields of public policy, urban planning, and health. The application deadline for merit-based scholarships is January 15, 2020. Scholarships are available for Fall 2020. Please contact recruit@ejb.rutgers.edu with any questions. Important Graduation Information—Undergraduate Students
Undergraduate students who plan to complete degree requirements in the fall must apply for graduation by completing an Online Diploma Application. Please contact the Undergraduate Registrar’s Office at 848-445-2757 or email diplomas@registrar.rutgers.edu with any questions. Please note that completion of a diploma application does not imply that graduation requirements have been met.
