One Stop Student Services Center Closing Early on Friday, September 24—All Students
The One Stop Student Services Center will close at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, September 24 to walk-ins, and will resume normal in-person hours on Monday, September 27. During the closure, One Stop can still be reached via the contact form here.

View and Pay Fall Semester Term Bills—All Students
Fall semester term bills are now available to view and make payment. Term bills not paid by the due date will be assessed a late payment fee of $125.00. It is recommended that students enroll in one of the Rutgers University Tuition Payment Plans (RUTPP) for those unable to pay the full amount due by the due date. Please view additional information and payment plan options here.

Dining Plan Change and Cancellation Requests—All Students
Dining plan change and cancellation requests for the Fall 2021 semester are now being accepted online until Wednesday, September 15, 2021. This is the only time during the semester that reductions and cancellations will be allowed.

RU Express Cancellation and Reduction Requests—All Students
RU Express initial deposit cancellation and reduction requests for the Fall 2021 semester are now being accepted online until Wednesday, September 15, 2021. This is the only time during the semester that cancellations or reductions will be allowed and only if the money for the Fall 2021 semester HAS NOT been used.

Schedule of Classes for Winter Now Available—All Students
The schedule of classes for the Winter 2022 term is now available. Earn credits towards a degree during winter break and choose from 150 courses in a wide range of subjects. Plan schedules now before registration begins on Monday, October 4. Learn more about Winter Session here.

Fall 2021 Add-Drop Dates—Undergraduate Students
October 25: Last day to withdraw from a course with a "W" grade
November 22: Last day to withdraw from the university for Fall 2021

Important Graduation Information—Undergraduate Students
Undergraduate students who anticipate completing January 2022 degree requirements must apply for graduation by submitting a diploma application online, or a hard copy (PDF) if the deadline has been missed. The January deadline is January 15, 2022. For any questions concerning a diploma application, please contact the Undergraduate Registrar’s Office at 848-445-2757 (and ask for Tia Williams) or submit an inquiry to the One Stop Student Services Center. Please note that completion of a diploma application does not imply that graduation requirements have been met.

Financial

One Stop Student Services Center and Walk-Ins—All Students
The One Stop Student Services Center (One Stop) at Rutgers University–New Brunswick represents an integrated and coordinated cross-functional service in the areas of financial aid, student accounts, and registration.  One Stop acts as a “single point of service” across these areas to promote a progressive, simplified, and consistent student experience and a culture that supports student satisfaction and success. Questions can be submitted using the contact form or by visiting the One Stop at Dr. Samuel Dewitt Proctor Hall located at 65 Davidson Road on Busch Campus. No appointments are necessary for walk-ins. The center is open Monday–Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Friday from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

myGuest Authorized User Access for Term Bills, Grades, and More—All Students
Students can now authorize a third party or a parent with access to review academic records or make payments on their behalf. In order to grant this access, students must log in to their myRutgers Dashboard, and use the "Authorized Access" icon to provide access to the desired authorized party. Additional instructions for the myGuest Dashboard can be found here.

Set Up Electronic Deposit to Receive Refunds Faster—All Students
Students are strongly encouraged to set up direct deposit for the fastest, safest, and most convenient way to receive refunds. Funds are available for immediate use once deposited electronically. Learn more about electronic deposit here.

New Student ABC Payment Center—All Students
The New Brunswick Payment Center is now located within the Dr. Samuel DeWitt Proctor Hall (formerly Administrative Services Building, Busch Campus) which is accessible via the One Stop Student Services Center. The Payment Center offers an in-person cash payment service by appointment only. Please direct all term bill-related questions to the One Stop Student Services Center.

Health

Waive and/or Enroll in Student Health Insurance by September 21 Deadline—All Students
Rutgers requires all full-time and F and J visa-sponsored students to waive or enroll in the Student Health Insurance Plan. The Health Insurance premium is automatically added to the term bill each semester. The open waiver/enrollment period ends September 21, 2021.
   
Enrolling? Paying the premium is not enrolling, and the enrollment form must be completed by the deadline.

Waiving? The premium will be removed from the term bill within 4 business days after submission of the waiver form.

Disclosure Statements
Students can find legal disclosures and information concerning academic programs, drug and alcohol policies, including the Drug Free Schools and Campuses Act, the Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, institutional and specialized accreditation, nondiscrimination and harassment, Title IX, public safety information, peer-to-peer file sharing, withdrawal from the institution, and more here.

Suicide Prevention Act
Rutgers has individuals with training and experience in mental health issues who focus on reducing student suicides and attempted suicides. These individuals are available on campus, or remotely by telephone or other means for students 24 hours a day, seven days a week. File Sharing Software
The sharing of music and movies through the use of file sharing peer to peer (P2P) software available online is discouraged due to copyright and security issues. In compliance with the Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA), the university has provided guidelines to inform students about copyright laws. Copyright infringement and unauthorized distribution are against the law and will be enforced. Learn more about this policy here.

Minors on Campus
Guidelines for appropriate protection and supervision of minors participating in university-sponsored programs, or in programs operated by outside entities that are held in university facilities, can be found here.

Register for Bloustein School's Master's in Public Policy & Urban Planning Information Sessions—All Students
The Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy is hosting virtual information sessions for their master and graduate certificate programs in Public Policy and Urban Planning. The GRE is waived for 2022 and scholarships are available for Fall 2022. No work experience is necessary. Students must RSVP to attend an information session. Applications for the Bloustein School's Mary Ann and Steven J. Allard Fellowship Program—Undergraduate Students
The Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy and the Allard Family have established a fellowship for outstanding, declared, and non-traditional public health students who have demonstrated a personal commitment or outstanding academic potential in their public health studies. For 2021-2022, two eligible undergraduate students with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA will be selected as fellows to receive $2,000 each. The deadline for applications is October 15, 2021.
