Completion of RUHere Confirmation of Attendance—All Students
Students are considered enrolled at Rutgers once the RUHere process is completed, whether or not the student has submitted a term bill or has an outstanding balance. All registered students who log into a website utilizing the Central Authentication Service (CAS) will be automatically redirected to a RUHere dialog box (pop-up) prior to the start of each term. All students must indicate either “Yes” or “No” to the RUHere question to verify their intention to enroll for the given semester. For technical assistance, please contact the OIT Help Desk at help@oit.rutgers.edu or call a respective campus help desk. For other assistance, please email RUHere@rutgers.edu.
Important Graduation Information—Undergraduate Students
Undergraduate students who completed degree requirements in the summer must apply for graduation by completing an Online Diploma Application. Please contact the Undergraduate Registrar’s Office at 848-445-2757 and ask for Monica Licourt Bird or Justin Ingstrup, or email diplomas@registrar.rutgers.edu with any questions. Please note that completion of a diploma application does not imply that graduation requirements have been met.
View and Pay Fall Semester Term Bills—All Students
Fall semester term bills are now available here to view and make payment. Term bills not paid by the due date will be assessed a late payment fee of $125.00. To pay a bill, please login and pay by electronic check (with no fee) or by credit card (with a service fee). It is recommended to enroll in one of the Rutgers University Tuition Payment Plans (RUTPP) for those unable to pay the full amount due by the due date. Please click here for additional information and payment plan options. Students can now authorize a third party or a parent with access to make payments on their behalf. Simply log into the term bill and use the “Manage Access” section to provide access to the designated payer.
