Dining Plan Change and Cancellation Requests—All Students
Dining plan change and cancellation requests for the Fall 2019 semester are now being accepted in person at the RU Express and Board Plan Office, Records Hall, Room 102, on the College Avenue Campus until Tuesday, September 17, 2019. This is the only time during the semester that reductions and cancellations will be allowed. Requests may also be made online here.

RU Express Cancellation and Reduction Requests—All Students
RU Express initial deposit cancellation and reduction requests for the Fall 2019 semester are now being accepted in person at the RU Express and Board Plan Office, Records Hall, Room 102, on the College Avenue Campus until Tuesday, September 17, 2019. This is the only time during the semester that cancellations or reductions will be allowed and only if the money for the Fall 2019 semester HAS NOT been used. Requests may also be made online here.

Disclosure Statements—All Students
Students can find legal disclosures and information concerning academic programs, drug and alcohol policies, including the Drug Free Schools and Campuses Act, the Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, institutional and specialized accreditation, nondiscrimination and harassment, Title IX, public safety information, peer-to-peer file sharing, withdrawal from the institution, and more on the Disclosures website.

Suicide Prevention Act
Rutgers has individuals with training and experience in mental health issues who focus on reducing student suicides and attempted suicides. These individuals are available on campus or remotely by telephone or other means for students 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Students can contact:

File Sharing Software
The sharing of music and movies through the use of file sharing peer to peer (P2P) software available online is discouraged due to copyright and security issues. In compliance with the Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA), the university has provided guidelines to inform students about copyright laws. Copyright infringement and unauthorized distribution are against the law and will be enforced. Read the policy regarding file sharing software here.

Minors on Campus
Guidelines for appropriate protection and supervision of minors participating in university-sponsored programs, or in programs operated by outside entities that are held in university facilities, can be found here.

The Daily Targum Funding
The Daily Targum is an independent, student-written and managed newspaper that is published by the Targum Publishing Company with a circulation throughout the Rutgers community. The newspaper is published in print Monday through Thursday and online Monday through Friday while classes are in session during the fall and spring semesters. Due to the results of the 2019 referendum, the refund process will no longer be in effect as Rutgers students will no longer have the option to fund the Targum through their student term bills. Students with further questions about the Targum's current status or how the paper maintains funding can reach out to business@dailytargum.com to learn more.

Important Graduation Information—Undergraduate Students
Undergraduate students who plan to complete degree requirements in the fall must apply for graduation by completing an Online Diploma Application. Please contact the Undergraduate Registrar’s Office at 848-445-2757 or email diplomas@registrar.rutgers.edu with any questions. Please note that completion of a diploma application does not imply that graduation requirements have been met.

Apply to be a VPVA Crisis Response Advocate—All Students
The Office for Violence Prevention and Victim Assistance (VPVA) is recruiting volunteers to be New Brunswick Crisis Response Advocates. Advocates provide support, information, and referrals at the time of a domestic violence or sexual assault crisis. SC&I Is Accepting Applications for Undergraduate Admission—Undergraduate Students
The School of Communication and Information (SC&I) is now accepting applications for admission to Communication, Information Technology and Informatics, and Journalism and Media Studies. View admission requirements and access the online application on the SC&I webpage. The deadline for applications is Friday, October 4, 2019. An undergraduate information session will be held on Monday, September 23, at 6 p.m. in room 323 of SC&I on the College Avenue Campus. Schedule of Classes for Winter Term Is Now Available—All Students
The schedule of classes for the Winter 2020 term is now available. Earn up to four credits during winter break, and choose from 150 courses in a wide range of subjects. Courses are offered in face-to-face, online, or hybrid format. Registration begins on Monday, October 7. Learn more about Winter Term here.
