Fall 2019 Pre-Registration—Undergraduate Students
Pre-registration for the Fall 2019 term begins on Sunday, April 7, at 10 p.m. for Rutgers–New Brunswick undergraduate students with 90+ credits and continues through Friday, April 19. Registration is by degree credits already earned. Please email studenthelp@registrar.edu for additional information, or learn more here.

On-Campus Meningitis B Vaccination Clinics—All Students
The university will host on-campus vaccination clinics during April and May. In April, the vaccination clinics will run from 12-8 p.m. at the following dates and locations:

Students can also visit their local healthcare provider or pharmacy, or make an appointment with Rutgers Student Health (by calling 848-732-7402 or visiting nbstudenthealthportal.rutgers.edu). If students are unsure of their MenB vaccination status, students should check with their primary health provider or the Rutgers Immunization Portal. Learn more here.

University Commencement Parking Hangtag Registration Is Open—All Students
University Commencement will take place on Sunday, May 19, 2019, at HighPoint.com Stadium on the Busch Campus. With more than 50,000 people expected on campuses in Piscataway and New Brunswick, parking on campus will be limited. Therefore, graduating students must register to receive up to two free parking hangtags for themselves and their families or guests. Financial Holds—All Students
Financial holds will be placed on accounts which have unpaid balances. These holds will prevent students from registering for Fall 2019 semester classes. Students who are enrolled in tuition payment plans should make sure that the last payment on a plan will satisfy any outstanding balance. Financial aid recipients should check online to make sure all financial aid has been credited. View the balance of a student account here.

Important Graduation Information—Undergraduate Students
Undergraduate students who anticipate completing May 2019 degree requirements must apply for graduation by submitting a diploma application online. Please contact the Undergraduate Registrar’s Office at 848-445-2757 and ask for Monica Licourt or Michael Rusen, or email diplomas@registrar.rutgers.edu with any concerns about a diploma application. Please note that completion of a diploma application does not imply that graduation requirements have been met.

2019 Summer Session Registration—All Students
Registration for Summer Session 2019 is ongoing. Choose from more than 2,500 courses in a wide range of subjects, offered in-person, online, or at off-campus locations throughout the state. Make progress towards graduation, improve a GPA, or fulfill a prerequisite this summer. Learn more here.

Rutgers Libraries Survey—All Students
Rutgers University Libraries invites all Rutgers students to participate in an important library quality improvement survey. Participants can enter to win 1 of 10 technology prizes. The survey closes on April 12 and can be accessed here.

Apply to the Darien Civic Engagement Project—All Students
The Darien Civic Engagement Project is a part of the Eagleton Institute of PoliticsCenter for Youth Political Participation. The 1.5-credit course encourages Rutgers students to pay attention to politics, register to vote, and turn out on Election Day.
